NAPD is loud, busy, and packed with competitors — so Food Village needed more than a nice stand. They needed a brand moment that stopped people, sparked conversations, and turned passing footfall into real leads.

That’s where HOAD came in, in October 2025 for the third year in a row we helped to plan, design, and deliver Food Villages full NAPD Expo presence from strategy and creative concepts to physical materials, digital touchpoints, and on-the-ground execution.

The challenge

Food Village needed to:

  • Stand out in a crowd

  • Clearly communicate what makes their service different

  • Engage school decision-makers

  • Capture interest and follow up effectively after the event

All while staying true to the brand’s tone: modern, energetic, student-focused, but professional enough for principals, ETBs, and education stakeholders.

Our approach

Rather than treating the expo as a once-off design job, HOAD approached NAPD as a full campaign.

We worked closely with the Food Village team to define:

  • The key message for the event

  • How the brand should show up visually and verbally

  • What would genuinely engage attendees (not just look good)

From there, we built a cohesive system that carried across print, digital, signage, merchandise, and live engagement.
